Birth photography 

 

Because I am trained in compassionate support, I will document your birth without disturbing the beautiful focus or your family or birth team. You will be provided with all of your high resolution electronic images in .jpg format.  File size is not limited but will depend on lighting conditions and editing requirements. For this reason your image files may be suitable for very large prints or they may need to stay limited to 4 x 6. Please see birth photography portfolio in the birth gallery.

 

• Includes photo documentation of your birth from about 5+ centimeters dilation to about 1-2 hours after birth. 

• I will email a few edited new baby pictures within 5 days to use in announcements. 

• No flash will be used at any time, I will be as invisible as possible. 

• Birth photography includes one prenatal meeting, for us to get to know each other and to create a photography birth plan.

• You will recieve a USB with a minimum of 50 (typically more) edited images of your birth within 5 weeks.

•  24 print proofs are complimentary to families who are considering signing a model release.

 

Birth Session Fee: $1200

 

 

Fresh 48 

 

These sessions take place as soon as possible after birth within the first 48 hours.  Often times I can arrive to start your session immediately after baby arrives though this can not be guaranteed.  I will come to you at your birthing location and do a 1 - 2 hour session to capture images of your brand new baby and family.  This will be documentary style with very limited or no posing.  Fresh 48 is different than a newborn photo session.

 

You will receive a USB of 24+ edited images within 5 weeks of your session and 2-3 "sneak peeks" via email within 5 days
